I watch and follow this TV series and most other criminal and mystery TV series such as FBI, Seal Team, Swat and ... I am almost addicted to this particular show. The only comment I have is that most software is Windows-based and works with a mouse not only the keyboard. in this show when Abby is checking a suspect's profile she opens multiple windows on a computer with only one click of a keyboard. It would seem more realistic if they worked with a computer mouse.
