I am now 87 and have been enchanted with this film sinve Ifirst saw it at about age 21. I have tried to see it in the cinema at least once every five years since then, refusing to watch it in a video format.It has continued its magic over all those years and its characters return each time immortal and unchanged. I have sought it out wherever I could find it and seen it in some unlikely venues. Having dsome difficulty finfing it for what will probably be the last time.
