SPOILERS: Usually sequels aren't as good but this was amazing. The writers did a phenomenal job at presenting what anxiety truly feels like for those who suffer with it including me. Overthinking every little thing we do and how we look to others, negative intrusive thoughts about the future, and especially the panic attacks. The movie displayed it all perfectly, I almost cried. Anxiety created a storm that overpowered all the other emotions and she was frozen at the console and couldn't let go and when you have anxiety, it trumps over all your other emotions to where it's all you can feel and you can't get it to stop. I think everyone who worked on this movie deserves an award for how accurate it was written. It made me feel seen and validated for my mental struggles.
