I read the first 9 books when i was younger, the flood was one of my favorites. I have been watching the series and keeping an open mind, because i loved the original halo games from bungie and the books. 343 hasn’t produced anything that has been as good, but after watching the season finale of season 2 I have a much deeper respect towards Paramount & 343 in introducing the flood and the battle of Chief and the arbiter. This episode felt the way Halo should be, not a slow played drama series. If they continue making episodes like this with heavy combat, i will be much more invested! Keep integrating the story 🙏
