My reflection, In the beginning it was very difficult for me to afford cable tv but within our apartments there was cable line that would broadcast basic town channel and PBS happen to be one of them..that's when after school I would find myself and watch these everyone s in a while.. the show can be use for education purposes for working employees of governing bodies where they can discuss various aspects of criminology.
