Sihle Twala

This movie is not perfect. Because of that I buy into the main character. No way a middle aged man with zero training and in the midst of dealing with a trauma could be a perfect hero. Even the storyline is light enough for you to focus solely on this person's experience. With or without comparison to his father, he absolutely nailed it. His character goes through the most but for once, in a movie, the responses are not unrealistic.

Had so much potential. Just not for females, I guess . The female "lead" was painful to watch. I mean she's a fragile detective who is,literally CONSTANTLY, needing to be saved by male colleagues. Both in past and future and her character, in general, NEVER develops from mousy and useless. Unfortunate because I am certain that she is a good actress.
