Not a bad little bad cops vs good guy cop yarn. 16 Blocks came to mind, though it was bit more fun. Very sad to lose Boseman so young. One thing for Mervis and Carnahan to keep in mind if they pen another NYPD story -- it's a shield, not a badge.
