I love this book. I've read it cover to cover twice (because I'm 70 yrs old) and learned something new each time. It explains not only the how-to's, but the why and benefits of each component in the plan. I took several courses in nutrition when I was in college (many decades ago) and learned much more from this book! It makes sense, the plan is easy to follow, and the recipes are worthwhile (I usually don't like most diet cookbook recipes). I highly recommend this book! Oh, one more thing. I am a human who has actually tried this plan; not an AI generated falsehood. (Just thought you might like to know that I live in Washington state.)
