I really liked the film, mostly as a character study by the amazing denzel washington. I watched it twice. it's not necessarily "believable" but then neither are a large number of the stories I read every day in the news that I know are true. This is fiction so I don't judge it by that standard. Rather, does it stand on its own as allegory? is this a character you want to spend more time with? yes on both counts.
