Very beautiful and incredibly disturbing, not just for the jump scares. Bloody, triggering, not for the faint of heart. Although I disliked this film, especially in the theater as I would have liked to have walked out, I do wonder if the message of this story isn't deeper than it appears but it's still problematic. Do abusive men deserve to be murdered? Well, if they come back as creepy zombies and torture sweet young art students, maybe so. Ugh.
