The number of cut and paste negative reviews here is crazy nuts. It’s a testament to the plot of the story, and actually shows that this movie is certainly worth considering. 👁️👁️ I’m publishing a 5-star review to counter the onslaught of *bleep bloop* reviews trying to bring this movie’s ratings down. It’s not a 5 star blockbuster, but definitely not a 1.9 star dumpster fire. It’s clearly touching the nerve of the evil cabal out there trying to divide Americans. My honest opinion is that this is more of a 4 star movie. There are a few mediocre acting moments (but also many great performances that really draw you in to the story). There’s a few cliche eye-rollers in the script and some scenes that go on a bit long, but overall it’s a great movie and worth the watch. Don’t listen to the bot reviews and give this movie a chance. At its core, this is a cautionary tale about the dangers of technology and social media dividing our population, and how this weakens our country through division and chaos, which butters us up for a slaughter. This review section shows that we truly need to wake up as a society, before we make a reality out of this fictional story.

I’m old enough that 25 years ago I was playing the first version of Gran Turismo. I couldn’t believe how amazing it was at that time. Hands down the best racing game available for a home system. I now have a 16 year old son that is into racing games, and he and I have enjoyed getting quality dad/son time racing each other in GT sport on our PS4. We recently upgraded to a PS5 and for his birthday I got him GT7. We are both very disappointed in the lack of attention paid to the user experience. Yes, the graphics are incredible. Yes, the load times are much better. But the clunky menus and ridiculous way you have to navigate to car settings is beyond excusable for a game that has had 25 years to get it right. The past GT games had some clunky menus and navigation as well, but this game has gotten worse instead of improving. The way you have to go through multiple clicks of menu navigations just to get to the car settings or main world map is inexcusable. The 2 player split screen doesn’t allow you to access any settings without going all the way back to another single player race? Then the player 2 settings don’t even exist? Can’t change player 2 to manual transmission at all? For a 25th anniversary game this is absolutely inexcusable. Shame on you Sony. You should have done better. The graphics and physics are great, but the menu navigation is so bad that after only a week or two, my son and I both are ready to throw this game in the trash. So irritating with the menus. I have never reviewed a game before and I honestly have always loved the gran turismo franchise but this is not okay. Someone should be fired for this. Whoever was in charge of menu navigation for this game needs to be fired. Then they need to hire someone to revamp the menu and release an update. Seriously. If you are on the fence at all about this game, don’t buy it unless they somehow fix this major flaw.
