The first part made some sense and the scenes were genuine and gripping. As the film progressed it got more and more stupid. By the end, I found myself thinking ‘Make it stop. Please.’ The scenes with the child were unnecessary and weird. That kid had this blank face throughout. Drugs? They could have ended the movie 25 minutes earlier and had a better version. The good side? Interesting ancillary characters. M looked old and ready for early retirement. Rami Malik is a great actor; his role in the film began well as unsettling creepy guy out for revenge. Then, of course, it rolled into world destruction/domination executed from a secret island factory/ missile base. Really?
