Its the little details that make this so golden. Wedges run animation is practically frame for frame and im here for it. I expected this remake to be disappointing and i was very wrong. Over the years ive grown used to a misery guts cloud and a perfect flawless angel aerith that square seems to have turned those characters into. But when i played this i was 10 years old again, and cloud is the character i remember, not who he has become now. Hes not too cool for school, hes cocky and a little silly... i dunno i was pleasantly surprised with how well they did. Feels like playing ff7 if you made it today. Feels like the genuine article and i love it. Strongly recommend.
