I wasn't too impressed with this remake. Though the real-life animation was spot on, the characters lacked feeling and true emotion. It reminded me of a show that just takes real life animals then adds human voices to them. The cartoon original was exciting, funny and thrilling, but the remake didn't quite peak in these areas. I was awaiting famous songs and certain parts of the movie that I enjoyed as a young adult, but the singing didn't fully capture my attention. There were only a few good songs that held their own. I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. Good try Disney, but I still prefer the original.
