It's entertaining , if your amused by a TRAIN WRECK ! Customers are interesting but the level of misbehavior sometimes makes me wonder if it's all rehearsed. As for Ashley,unless she's acting I really believe she has a lot of emotional issues to deal with based on her interaction with customers, employees and family members. I think possibly she may project her personal failures on to other people in order to cope .In the many episodes I watched since I retired I can't think of one where she was even minutely entertaining.
