I started watching The Haunting of Hill House with great anticipation believing the show would be frightfully scary. Needless to say I was greatly disappointed. The acting was mediocre, the script was all over the place and the drama was unbearable. Basically, the drama was so over the top and annoying I secretly wished the house would have consumed all the characters and the show would end by episode 6 but like many I finished all 10 episodes cringing with boredom. If your into over-done soap operas with the occasional non-scary ghost this might be for you.
