To those who are complaining and comparing the two, you can’t. One is a drama, one is a sitcom one is present, and other is from almost 30 years ago. Things are different. Open your mind and stop looking for this show to be like the old one. The old one was called The Fresh Prince, this one is Bel Air. It’s a spin off, not a continuation of the Fresh Prince. Anyway, the show is really good and well put together. The cast is phenomenal. It amazes me how much Jabari energy literally matches Wills energy. Hilary, I love this new her. She is no longer the dumb Valley girl who always have her hand out to daddy. Carlton, I can’t stand. Hell I couldn’t stand him in original. But this Carlton makes me want punch him in the face. Ashley, she’s not really around enough for me to form a opinion about her yet. Uncle Phil, and Aunt Viv, absolutely love them.I love this new Geoffrey, he got swag. Seems to me he a lil ganster too which adds even more edge to him. Overall the show is great and I recommend everyone to watch it.
