Absolutely loved this series of books, very sad ending but.... that's history mythical or not! Who really knows . Definitely Worth the read! Possibly my favourite next to Anne of Green Gables, ( totally different genre) and The Far Pavilions again a totally different story! And as a child reading Angelo and Rosaline, and Seabird!
