I agree about the unnecessary killing of the cat. What sucks is I had just lost my cat and was enjoying this show as a distraction. I enjoyed everything about the show up until that moment. I shut the TV off and didn't watch another second. To the writers who think they were being sensitive to people going through all kinds of identity issues and family trauma, this was a major fail. To watch an animal crushed in a pool of blood and then an electrical explosion was completely insensitive and completely comedically outdated ( Did Chevy Chase write that bit?) Stupid. Insensitive. Backward. #Fail
