Saying you're gonna do something about the racial cliques is something I'd love to hear about & if you do fix it Id love to see some action. You'll continue to have dangerous interactions forever if you dont do something. I wonder how many inmates get killed? This has been going on forever and it's still happening while staff turn their backs. When an inmate fights or worse, they should have to serve some time in solitary confinement.
