Ambedkar writes about Chamaars that they were very lazy and restless and were dirty, never lived in cleanliness and did not want to progress, seeing them they were very angry, so their settlements were very poor.No one used to go there because people lived in a very dirty manner (their habit of blaming others for their own sins is not from today but from 5000 years ago)
