There's not many shows out there that have twists as impressive as Tehran. The characters grow into their roles and though they have very forgettable beginnings, the storyline is beyond graceful. Trust me when I tell you, this isn't like any other spy thriller you've watched. The way the plans put in place never end up going well combined with how messy a simple situation can get is just fascinating. They really have incredible storytelling and an insane plot, especially Season 2. Trust me when I tell you that this show is worth the watch even for a person who hates subtitles like me.

I barely ever comment but yk what, this series is actually perfect for that time you are just low and need a loooong pick me up. It's morbid half the time, in a fun way, makes you feel okay but gets somewhere where all the darkness actually gives hope. So that's awesome. But for the storyline and all, it's actually quite good. Slow beginning but bareable, then things get interesting and everything goes wrong beautifully. I say that because when it starts, you will wonder about the intensity of the climax. Don't worry, it's worth it.

Just wow. You want to understand human nature and survival, this movie will get that ball rolling for you. What's more important to a person, the selfish need to survive OR the need to continue the species and make the ultimate sacrifice of your own death?

This is the epitome of everything. Incredible cast, story, music, script, everything was just beyond anything I thought could be done. I have never made a review in my life, I know it's coz I hadn't watched DARK yet because this show is undoubtedly the best show on the planet. Nothing compares, it's even offensive to compare this show to anything else, that's how good it was.
