I’m a lifelong Gilmour fan. This isn’t the best album but it is a fantastic album in its own way. Obviously some great guitar work. But like the endless river album you can tell this one is also put together from a lot of older stuff. I never expect David to outdo himself from his Pink Floyd days on his solo albums but this one has a bit more Floyd ish music on it. The guitar solo for scattered is the only one to ever make me shed a real tear. The more I listen to it the better it gets too!
