Sydney Moray

I am conservative and to me this is Film Noir. On the square half screen everything seems to be in dark shadows. The acting is fine but being conservative and bias towards received pronunciation I found I missed much of the very clipped laid back Oxford dialect. I dont want to see this film again whereas I do want to see Brideshead Revisited again. You just can't beat the tonal qualities of Jeremy Irons.
