Love the actors, hate the movie. In this film, they take the wonderful lydia we grew up with and completely change her personality, making her completely helpless and naive. Also, I get that beetlejuices whole thing is being inappropriate in a humorous way, but in this film, the humor is missing. All I can say is that it was not at all nessasary to watch the loveable Winona Ryder leak green use as a baby leaps from her stomach. I don't understand this movies obsession with making people pregnant. This movie was completely and utterly unnecessary to make, and for me, it ruined all of my classical favorites from the original film.
