I watched because of the film’s overwhelmingly positive reviews, and was blown away by the animation and soundtrack, which were awesome (or should I say, “golden!”). That said, a lot of its ideas could’ve used a tad more time to flesh out and properly explain, as in the second half the movie felt quite rushed. The initial premise itself is quite gripping — more of a second half could’ve helped round out the movie a bit better. That said, the film isn’t particularly deep so if you are looking for a fun watch with a lot of energy, I highly recommend it! The soundtrack will get stuck in your head, though (not a bad thing!). Edit: I originally gave this film four stars. I was wrong, and I apologize. It’s phenomenal.

The greatest “episode” of the greatest children’s television series in history. This movie has no flaws.

I rewatched the movie specifically to see how bad it was… and it did not disappoint. Missing the point of the FF entirely, it seems like the writers and directors didn’t have an ounce of knowledge of either the comics or what came before. As the FF moves on to better things, hopefully something like this movie doesn’t happen again.

Phenomenal game! I am a huge fan of Zelda and having finished this one, it did not disappoint! Gameplay was like a cross between traditional 2D and TOTK-style freedom, and the method of balancing creating “echoes” with direct combat led to a really satisfying experience. The story is very good and genuinely interesting, and it’s of course great to play as the Princess herself! I really recommend this game!

Stellar Blade was a game I definitely didn’t expect to play, but one that I absolutely have not been able to put down since I played its Demo back in March 2023. The combat, soundtrack, and visuals are top-tier, and you can truly feel the care put into this game by the developers. That said, the story, dialogue, and some platforming elements are not phenomenal, but these are overlooked in favor of just how fun this game is to play. Critically, I would give the game a 7-8 out of 10, but I still highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great action game.
