Very disappointing.
I saw the London Symphony Orchestra accompanying a production of this show at The Barbican in London
The music was nicely played but one got the impression that it was enhanced by a sound track which would have explained why the conductor had a distracting and somewhat irritating screen on the podium that kept flashing signals.
The film was 90% cgi fantasy, the time spent on the imagined scenario of a romantic encounter between two T Rex lasted longer than some of the more significant facts. The continuity was poor, it seems Netflix could do with some lessons from the BBC Natural History Unit.
At the very end there was reference to the future but it did nothing to inspire any one to do anything about it.
I had hoped for so much better from the LSO & Barbican.
The trip was not worth the entry or train ticket, the time or effort.
