I mean, its a game. I got a solid 20 hours out of it. But if you're expecting a game that meets the standards of a "Bethesda 5-year flagship title" this is going to be a disappointment. All of the planets are procedurally generated. Walk 500 meters in any direction and you find the millionth "abandoned facility". More time wouldn't have fixed it, the problems are in the structure of the game. The story was meh, the cities are meh, but one is very big and meh. You cant really "fly" your ship. You load-screen into a space cell, then you load screen to a planet cell, then you load screen into a landing site. Space combat is also meh. This was a bad idea amateurly implemented.
