Joe and Evan are the closest guys to actually being fans on all of sports radio. For all others it is their jobs, a means to an end. Joe and Evan go to games. Evan named his son, Jet. That's a fan. They are regular guys not caught up on their show being about them. Others may have been the 'pioneers of the sports talk' medium but they became bigger than the sport they commentated about, thus negating their validity as sports fans on a station whose call sign is WFAN, not WMFR. Thankfully the return tour is over. You should stay out when you left on top. Nice job, Joe and Evan, Evan and Joe!
