A movie that does not need any histronics. The script is the Emperor. Biju Menon has given a National Award winning performance. Prithviraj has ably supported Biju in this delightful film that focuses on two rogue elephants and their turf war. The supporting cast adds so much value to the movie - Ayyapan’s Boss, His constable Jessy, Koshy’s Dad Kurian. It is worth mentioning as to how Ayyapan’s wife’s character uplifts the film at crucial junctures. Her fantastic reparte to Koshy in the first half of the film establishes her as a pivotal strength for Ayyapan going rogue in the movie. This movie is for the cinema lovers. The haunting music especially the Kallakatha song by the Irula tribe remains with you even well after the movie is over.

Horrible direction bad screenplay n very bad acting by rest of the cast. Nayantara’s talent has been wasted. Director may please retire. What a horrible remake of the fantastic movie Hush. Mike Flanagan is a superior director and Kate a better actress.
