Generally very mediocre, brings a lot of contemporary concerns around gender and race that don't sit well with the original story. The pacing is generally off. The best thing are the settings, generally very nice. The quality of the acting varies greatly: some actors, like Pike, are great, others, like Rand, are mediocre.
