Season 1 was a masterpiece. However, season 2 seems like it was written by too many different people. There are a lot of plot holes, a lot of "Why would they do that when they could just do this?". People will also do something completely out of character sometimes just for the sake of having another bit of conflict added to make the story interesting. For me, it breaks the immersion. It seems the acting was not as good as the first season was. There are a lot of big moments where characters will learn something life altering about themselves, or a family member. And while on paper it may seem like a great heartfelt idea to create wonderful moments, if the acting isn't right the scene falls flat. That sucks, because personally, I am very invested in these characters and the world, so to see so many moments not land as they were intended to pains me. Season 2 was sloppy in so many ways and while it was interesting and had some really good moments, all in all it didn't live up to the name the Sweet Tooth had made for itself with Season 1. Still worth a watch though.
