This movie was weak: music, clothes, plot, acting, dialogue and dancing were all lame. Even the Midori liqueur neon side in the last shot was hokey. Midori had gone out of style as the "it" mixer years before.

I have no idea why this show was ever popular. It is awful. The funk renditions in season one were embarrassing. The constant bullying, which is supposed to be entertaining, is NOT. Never made it past the first season, because it felt like torture trying to get through each episode of schlock, cultural appropriation, sexism, misogyny, racism, and whatever insulting garbage that passed for a supposedly funny script. Pose, done by the same writers a few years later, is a 180 degree turn in the right direction from this mess. Should be renamed CRINGE. I'd give it zero stars, if that was an option.

I enjoyed the show, especially as a former teacher in an underserved city school. My one suggestion is to add more interactions with kids in your future scripts: they will get you a lot more laughs.

I think this show is 1000x better than Euphoria. It's setting feels authentic, and the writers have created the perfect pacing of plot and character development, including actors and actresses not straight out of Hollyweird. So intelligent and refreshing.

I rarely see a show that is able to break out of the box of storytelling conventions. This one detonates it. Kudos.

Having been through many awful couple therapists, I can honestly say this show demonstrates how the work should be done, which is far from easy. Season 2 was my favorite, but I also appreciated the reality of seeing a couple in Season 3 calling it quits, because it was obvious there was nowhere left to go for them, except apart. Deep therapy equals clarity, and possessing a marriage certificate does not guarantee you made the proper choice in partner.

I enjoyed it...Baranski, as usual, steals the show. Loved the incorpration of storylines that are usually omitted from such period pieces.
