if the movie was called "The Big Octopus witch: Ursula", then it would deserve more rating. Ursula, Sebastian, and other side character is what made the movie slightly enjoyable, they changed too much things from the original (which is what makes us hooked to little mermaid in the first place). In short, too many unnecessary changes, even if we're not talking about the missing of Redheard Ariel.
