Just a beautiful show. But seriously "foyer" and "credenza". Haha! Are you being fight-clubbed all over again or is this something new and different? I am going with new and different. There are moments when you identify with one and pity another. Then it's spawn flipped. It's all over the board but the actual feels you have are undeniable. Warning: This show may give you anxiety. Sometimes the anxiety is in a funny way; but it's usually at the price of a not-so-funny way that makes you sad. Mixes real life issues with a sci-fi concept that may be plausible. In a sci fi way lol.

Yes it's a reboot but it should not be compared to its predecessors so closely. The gore is on a whole other level that may not appeal to most viewers. This movie checks all the boxes when it comes to terror/supernatural genre. I cannot say enough about the CG and even some costumes from time to time. The CG is far from perfect but that is an admirable quality for this film. It gives hope that as viewers, we can eventually learn to just enjoy the monstrosity rather than critique it. They were brave enough to do it. Especially this day in age. This IS NOT a family movie, unless your family is cool. Then maybe. The plot is all over the place but the design and details painted into the monsters and scenery were amazing. Sometimes we just don't need a plot to have monsters and gore. We just need the anti hero. Sidenote: if you watch Hellboy for the plot, you will be let down. But if you watch to see badass creatures from another realm come to life , watch it.
