I zm currently watching the episode where the man has hot tar on his hand. My husband did the same thing and ER didn't know what to do. Using hand cleaner from a gas station orauto shop will take it right off, however our family physician was very upset that the ER took it off because nothing was more sanitary than 450 degrees of hot tar. Now with the tar off there was a high risk of infection. As it turned out my husband hand healed with the help of our family physician and had full use of his hand. I really like this show but just thought I would share my experiance.
