In 1939 I came as a refugee from Czechoslovakia ( which makes me quite an old lady now) .
You have never had a Czech or Slovak chef on your show. I have demonstrated cookery, worked as an interpreter for French cookery holidays in the 70's before it all became popular, organised a big cookery show called 'Hooray for Home cooking' in Preston before the Birmingham shows began. Both Nigel Howarth and Paul Heathcote ( good friends) took part.
20 yrs ago introduced a special Czech pan Remoska to Lakeland which saves more energy than any other electrical appliance - especially ovens and have written and produced cookery books to be used with the pan.
it is not all dumplings and sauerkraut in Prague. I have very good Czech Chef friends and could show you some recipes myself.
