Hey, It's something to watch. But really this movie should've been a half hour or hour long Lifetime movie. This movie was all over the place. Way too many episodes. Just random. I think it should've been filmed elsewhere besides New Orleans. Don't get me wrong. That's my family's hometown so, no shade thrown. I just picture this movie in a place like New York or perhaps ATL. The cast is awesome. Mr. Cranston is awesome, but this here movie is confusing. I'm on episode 7. But it took me a month to get to it because I just couldn't stay focused. Lol

Ok. J-lo is a smart, attractive lady so why do the producers give her this type of bs to work with? This movie makes us older women look bad. And especially if you're single. So let me get this straight. You're off and on with your (ex) husband and this sends you straight to the arms of a 17 year old boy? Ok. Whatever. The women portrayed as weak, the son Kevin was a wack job, the principal needed a laxative, Noah had too much power...to.be.just.17. years.old. Wow. This movie is just something to do while searching for a good movie.

Ali was the greatest boxer of all time in his prime while Will Smith was a heavy hitter in his acting. Hats off to both gentlemen. But in all honesty, this movie sucks. The movie was too weak for such "GREATS." I didn't understand why they had a blues singer singing on stage for the opening of the movie. 🤔 Any who, it felt as if the writer wasn't quite sure of what path to take so the movie was kinda all over the place. The singer at the club where Ali and his date was, was so loud and distracting until it took the attention off of the purpose of the movie. It's like they were trying to boost the soundtrack more than the movie. I also feel that they should have put a little more time into casting a different person to play the role of Ali. Will Smith is a great actor but he doesn't have that "Mello Swag" like Ali. The movie should have been titled, "The famous actor who played a famous boxer." Ali was known for his boxing skills and techniques as well as his arrogance. Will Smith did good with the skills and techniques, but lacked the portrayal of Ali's famous arrogance.

This movie was too weak for such a strong, awesome actor as Katie Holmes. It did her no justice. The story line was lame. They could've picked any dogooder to play that role of "Miss Meadows." Love made the sheriff cover up Miss Meadows' "wedding day shooting?" Yeah, ok. Honestly, I think they should've shown more of her traumatic childhood and maybe some footage of craziness in her adulthood which triggered her trigger-finger- happiness. And she turned out to be a school teacher? After such a childhood catastrophe? Which clearly made her homicidal? Ok then.
