Having read the graphic novels, I'm more then a little let down. The Boyz falls victim to the same fate as a lot of comics/novels bought up by corporate studios. That being it's stripped off the a lot of the great story line that made it amazing. Almost nothing in the series aside from the names is reveleant to the comics. Noir wasn't a black guy, he was Homelanders sadistic clone. Which the build up to finding out made for a amazing finale. Solider Boy was B class supe who slept with Homelander multiple times in hopes of joining the 7. Then got his butt handed to him by the Boyz. Besides the 1st season, the next two have been let downs to folks that are fans of the comic series. It's cool they brought it to the live screen but I went from loving it to treating it like most things from Amazon "original" shows... I'll see it when I see it. I know the developers won't care what we have to say, but it would be nice if when they take great stories to adapt to live action they are least try to pay homage to what made it a cult classic. From the Dark Tower to The Boyz to anything EA/Blizzard you have a shining example of what's become too common when major corporations get a hold of anything dynamic. $ > Quality.
Shout out to Netflix's though - when Amazon is done taking a 💩 on The Boyz can you please buy it and breath life back into it? Only things they got right besides the names is the violence. But anyone who has read the series knows that is only superficial, the depth of the comic is what made it great.

Amazon - 1 show a week? 🤔 Maybe you guys would be better suited on cable. Lol jp but seriously... It's not the 90s, and the show isn't wrote well enough for the wait.
And if the actors read this, nothing but love to you all :) I like your acting, the writers just are terrible. Which is hard to understand because the whole thing has been written out for them .... Literally.
