This 3 stars because I didn't take it seriously. The parody of songs was enjoyable. That was it. It was forcibly feminist and that was borderline cringe. I think I got the satire behind it all but somehow it was terribly executed. The transitions from a evil stepmother to one that was just looking out for Ella's best interest was poorly executed....forgot to mention that her dress was literally the worst at the ball.
