I want a refund this product is faulty, lost progress and items twice within 4 hours from server fail. The game started out smooth, then halfway through Act 1 started lagging progressively, now its to a point i slowed the cursor speed, lowered quality and the game is still choppy beyond enjoyment. I can not do any action without holding the button down. Did the company even test the game? For the price people pay for the game you would think this would be remedied along with the servers.
