Pre bought tickets because the website encouraged it. It rained, and no go carts, no alpine slide, no free fall. It's did say non refundable and non transferable. super hard to plan an event/day depending on the weather. Also paid money that was wasted because we could do the things we paid for depending on weather. not their fault but a policy change might be a good idea on tickets bought online.
