Not sure how this won't be movie of the year. Very well acted, and all shot in one location! This is a Hitchcock-esque masterpiece - even the bad guys get theirs in the end. I've seen a lot of movies this year, and although Nightmare Alley and Elvis were solid flicks in 2022, they can't lay a finger on this one. It's a gem. There isn't a weakness in the quality of acting, and that alone pushes this head and shoulders above the pack.
The Outfit supplies twists and turns, suspense and a grand "double" ending. Name me another movie that takes place at one location that is better. Rope, Rear Window and The Oak Room are all movies I enjoyed, and if you're familiar with or like any of those, you will definitely love this. I won't spoil the plot- just be sure to see it!
