Wait for this to come out on the small screen. There's little to no realistic advantage to watch it on the big screen or even to experience it in surround sound.
Three people in front of me got up and left the cinema and I twice contemplated doing the same. I only remained as the reviews are loudly positive and so I was expecting something amazing (spoiler alert - it didn't).
Perhaps a lot of the fans for Nolan, the cast or crew are trying to convince the more skeptical of us that they are more high brow for appreciating this film and that it is worth three hours of our lives. Full disclosure that I obviously don't have the intelligence or refined taste to be able to agree with any of those five star reviews. Two stars from me because in my opinion it's marginally better than abysmal so only giving one star would be unfair.
