Some films try so hard to be revolutionary and edgy that they forget the basicsโlike storytelling, character depth, or, you know, being watchable. This one is a prime example. What starts as a wanna-be bold cinematic statement quickly nose-dives into a pile of non-engaging, pseudo-intellectual nonsense. It's like the film is yelling, โLook how daring I am!โ while tripping over its own pretentious dialogue and painfully shallow themes.
It wants to shock, provoke, and challenge societal normsโbut all it really does is bore. The plot (if you can call it that) meanders aimlessly, the characters feel like hollow avatars for the directorโs ego, and the dialogue sounds like it was ripped from a high school student's manifesto. It's worthless in terms of emotional impact or artistic merit.
And sadlyโsadlyโthe only remotely interesting part is the nudity. Not the dicks, thanks, but itโs telling when bare skin is the only thing keeping you from turning off the screen entirely. Even that feels more like a desperate cry for attention than an artistic choice.
In short: this film thinks it's breaking boundaries, but it's really just wasting your time.
