This is a grotesque example of American propaganda, this isn't about black empowerment it's about black supremacy. In the directors and Jada's eyes, the Egyptians history does not matter because of their skin color. Now Egyptians have been called colonisers of their own country, and for what? To satisfy the needs of latte liberals who try to act "woke" about race by black washing, boycotting, and discriminating another race because they aren't special enough to have their own history! This is a piece of fiction to satisfy Americans, despite the fact that it specifically advertises as a documentary aka factual and official information for the sole purpose of education. But this was created for the exact opposite purpose, to please instead of educate. It's a hot pile of misinformation and discrimination. And it's sad too, instead of listening to historical evidence they based it off of opinions and what a grandma tells them. This could've been actually good if it weren't pinning down a race to experience back flashes of unjust hatred and racism because as much as I dislike the director it's made very beautifully. But that doesn't change the fact that it's a terrible documentary.
