Middle class wankerie, almost makes Four Weddings, Love Actually and Bridget Jones acceptable..

Only on the first episode so not seen Stephen Graham yet, one of my favourite actors, which is why I wanted to see it. I echo the less enthusiastic reviews here as I have worked in high end hospitality. This in no way reflects the reality of a professional kitchen with the display of disfunctionality on show here. There is no real world truth presented and it's all about dramatic licence. Nobody would be getting any food on this basis! I'll stick with it and see if SG adds the reality dynamic it sorely needs...
