I was able to get Days Gone for free on PS4 and didn’t have any expectations. It looked kind of similar to The Last of Us, so I thought I would give it a chance. The acting is pretty decent and the story isn’t too bad. I did like most of the characters and you have the option to skip the story dialog whenever those come up. I made it to the fourth region in the game but I don’t think I’m going to finish the game. There’s a ton of glitches/bugs and for me personally, I hate driving everywhere. You do have the option to fast travel but only if you have enough gas for your bike. I feel like I’m always having to find gas and drive places. The other thing I didn’t like were the missions are so repetitive. Capture/kill this person over and over. The main story missions are different but I don’t think I grew attached enough to the main characters to where I feel like I care what happens in the end. Overall, this isn’t a bad game but I think I just grew really bored of it because it’s so repetitive and the story didn’t capture me.
