Finally a family friendly movie where the directors intentions were entertainment and not to teach you some political lesson. It had no agenda, no political stance. They went with the basic formula of a well written script and classic humour and it worked. Of course they cast Timothee, which was also one of the main reasons it was so enjoyable. They haven’t made a classically good movie like this in awhile and I loved how they captured the feeling to childish dreams and wonder which is what Willy Wonka is all about.

Has all creativity left the world. Is no one able to think of a new movie. The left are so desperate to be inclusive they have to go and make Ariel black. The princess and the frog was amazing. An original black princess. Moana was a hit.. an original. Pocahontas.. incredible. I live in South Africa and if Disney wasn’t so determined to make a point they would see that you don’t have to dig very far to find a beautiful and original black princess story.. here in South Africa we are full of them. But no they so lazy they just go and make a pale faced, red haired, blue eyed princess black instead.
