Very informative, interesting, intelligent, very good. I am a realist, 75 years old one legged, I smoke, I drink, exercise, eat right, take good care of myself, that wants to steam fish again. Too do this I need help, I know I have a mind that can do this, if someone can help me I will try my best, hardest to help in any way I can, you won't be sorry, impossible to Too predict, to many verubles.
